The Bank has developed a Business Continuity Plan and put into practice for both Banking Operations and Technology related procedures, in times of contingency. The plan is designed to facilitate the continuity of the critical business processes in the event of various disaster scenarios and is in line with the guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Oman.
